The College of Idaho is dedicated to maintaining a campus environment free from bias, discrimination and harassment. We believe that everyone has the right to pursue their education and work in a safe and supportive environment. The Office of Institutional Compliance is committed to upholding the federal regulations outlined by Title IX, Title VI, and the ADA and is responsible for processing complaints of protected-class discrimination and harassment to ensure that our campus remains a safe space for students, staff and faculty to grow individually and develop as a community.
